Re-map the demand generation playbook – it’s time for B2Me"

Overview of the seminar:
What do we need to do in a post covid world to achieve the ‘new norm’ particularly in terms of marketing and especially in relation to demand generation?

Personalisation in the B2Me world requires relevance if attention is to be achieved and maintained. We need to be able to track behaviours, align content with that behaviour and ensure our message and brand are available to our target audience across multiple channels as well as being device agnostic. With so much digital noise out there, we need to raise the bar beyond traditional lead nurturing in order to attract and continue to attract buyers. Getting this right will increase engagement and most importantly conversion and growth.

Join us to discuss the impact of covid on customer / client behaviour – understand what’s changed and why, connecting the dots between strategy and implementation.  We’ll explore the steps required to achieve successful outcomes and why marketing automation can hold the key to an increasingly customised experience when the right organisational commitment to the new norm is present.
